Trust Management

  • The Trust is working diligently toward utilizing the Flying Hills website page. This includes the addition of updates and upcoming projects. https://flyinghills.com/
  • The Trust is also working towards having more residents enroll in automatic recurring bill pay. This would eliminate hand entry and the possibility of errors.

FYI:

  • Pickle Ball is doing great. Lots of people are playing. The lights and fence surrounding the court have been repaired. 2024 is going to bring a complete overhaul of the court and the addition of two more.
  • There has been an increase in dog owners that are not being responsible. The Trust has been fining individuals, however many times the dog and/or owner have not been identified.
  • Cumru Township and the Trash (Singles, Cottages, Condos, and Townhomes): Cumru sent out invoices for the trash collection for the first time. Previously the trash collection was included in the homeowners’ taxes. Flying Hills has procedures set up for trash collection, however nothing more. All trash situations have to do with Cumru Township and whomever they have chosen for trash collection.
