Painting Project 2022 (includes painting and rotten wood repairs)
The painting and rotten wood repairs happen every seven years. The properties for 2022 are listed below:
Townhouses
Medinah – 72 Houses
Pinehurst Court – 34 Houses
Muirfield – 2 Houses (were not painted in 2020/21 due to Covid)
Apartments
Gulf Stream Drive – 64 Units
Canterbury Circle – 58 Units
Road Work Project 2022
107,100 sq feet of seal coating has been completed on the following streets.
Tanglewood, Fairway, Pine Woods Court, Gulf Stream Drive, and Burning Tree.
Grounds Maintenance 2022
Pickle Ball Lines were painted on the Olympic Drive tennis court.
The walking bridge was removed, and the path was rerouted, graded, and seeded.
The rotten boards on the pond landing were replaced.
10 retaining walls were replaced.
75 new trees have been planted.
As streetlights are replaced, they are being changed over to LED Lights.
Mulching of the entire property was completed including the playgrounds.
Trash Company change from Republic to AJ Bolinski.
Tree Trimming which is on-going and continuing.
54 Dead trees removed (this includes stump grinding) and 18 more dead trees to remove.
35 Bollards were replaced.
It was a light snow year, and the removal went well.
Twice a week the grounds crew refills the doggy bag holders and empties the trash cans.
On Weekdays the crew collects any trash and branches every morning.
A bouncy dinosaur was added to the Augusta playground.
Multiple playground repairs.
Multiple Trash sheds repaired and/or doors replaced.
